What happens when I report maintenance?
When a general maintenance request is raised - your ticket is sent directly to our maintenance manager - who will contact you. You can update the ticket at any time by logging in. Any additional information you add is sent directly to the maintenance manager.
Emergency Plumbing & Drains are not covered under general maintenance - you must call the help line provided.
Electrical appliances (these have a yellow service sticker on them) are not covered under general maintenance - you must call the help line provided.
Note: It is you sole responsibility to notify other tenants of the date/time that you have booked a maintenance job.
